Repairs
Repairs are included in Bearhug's 2-year warranty, unless damage results from negligent use. After the warranty, repairs can be performed at cost.
Cleaning
Ask about our process to wash and dry a wrap in 3 minutes. We recommend cleaning wraps quarterly. If food-grade sanitation is required, we can advise you on the best practice.
